ERI's Customer Service & Support Department provides industry leading customer service and support to our clients, whether they are consulting engineers, OEMs, owners, or operators. Our support capabilities include technical review(s) during the design of a plant, on-site assistance during commissioning and start-up, educational "PX® School" training, dedicated inventory of critical parts and "hot line" trouble shooting guidance if needed. We accomplish this through growing team of professionals who are experienced in overall RO plant operations. Our people are not just experts in PX® operation, but in RO plant operation. Our in house services and support team includes Bill Anderson, and Al Fraley. Additionally, ERI has contracted with several global field service agents in Europe, China, Middle East and the Americas.
In addition, we maintain an inventory of complete units, parts, kits, and tools, in key locations around the world to expedite the delivery of urgent shipments.
