• dedicated inventory of critical parts
• troubleshooting guide and factory repair

We accomplish this through a growing team of professionals who are experienced in overall RO plant operations. Our people are not just experts in PX® operation, but in RO plant operation. Our in house team includes Bill Anderson, Rahul Chandra , Rodney Clemente and Al Fraley. Additionally, ERI has contracted service agents in Europe, China, the Middle East, and the Americas.

ERI maintains an inventory of complete units, parts, kits, and tools, in key locations around the world. Currently in process are expansion centers in Algeria, Australia, Dubai, Shanghai, Spain and the Caribbean basin in order to expedite the delivery of urgent shipments.
